Weebly

1. The task was to create a professional portfolio online. " weebly". this task was sort of fun since this is the first time i am creating my own weebly.
2. honestly i dont like weebly since i have no idea what is weebly all about. weebly is sort of a social network or online form of technology where everyone can view and upadate personal information. its not until after where i saw how weebly is very important. i like weebly online because it updates information and other important information that needed to send out. the good thing about this task is that you can always add and delete information about your personal profile.
3. the challenges  was hard in the beginning but after it was pretty fun and easy. again, its just the matter of knowing how to use mac.
4.  i would say 10. because it is interesting and meaningful. everyone can be creating their own personal portfolio online instead of writing it and throwing it away.
5. creating a professional portfolio. learning profile, e portfolio. assignment, formal communication for students parents and teacher. newsletter,.

1. The assignment was to create an I movie. me and my group had fun creating this task. creating an i movie is not something new to me, i have done it before. but as fas as creating an I movie using I mac is something new to me. i kind of struggle trying to figure it out what button to click and so on. it was kind of difficult so i had to search for help. overall, creating an i movie is fun, entertaining, life changing, meaningful and awesome.
2. the challenges that i face while creating this movie was transferring the clips, transitions, themes, and other necessary key elements  in creating a movie. what went well, was using the flip cam to record the shot. it was easy and fun at the same time. on the other hand, creating the whole movie was a bit challenge, because i was not really familiar with using I mac.
3. the features that we use to enhance our i movie slow motion, transitions, cut and paste, clip adjustment and audio adjustment. there are other nice and entertaining features that would be to add on while creating  the movie. i try to add in but it was not a success.
4. i would say 10. because creating an i movie using I mac looks a lot better than creating an i movie in the PC's. it was easier  to use i mac if you know what buttons to click. where as PC's is just by following the process. step by step process. I mac is just one click and it appeared on the screen what you wanted.
5. for me, it is essential to use flip cams in the classroom. creating an I movie is part of enhancing the students higher order of thinking skills. what i will do first is to teach my students how to use the flip cams , walk through with them about creating a movie. when  i see that the skill is mastered, then i would i ask them to create one on their own. flip cams are just necessary for student learning, so as creating a movie. technology plays a good role in terms of students learning. everyone in this world are up to technology. classroom are full of technologies. students need to be taught on how to use it and why is it important to our daily life.

Week 1.
 1. The task for this week is called " find someone game" introduction: this is game is very fun and interesting. this is just one way of getting to know your classmates, who they are, what kind of person are they and and a lot more. this game require a questionnaire about each student. you will need to stand up and read a question and find the answer from your classmates. this is a fun and its very interactive. right there, you get to learn a lot from your classmates just by asking the questions. in the future, i would use this kind of game for my students to introduce themselves.   i think this game is awesome and interactive. i would say: i would rate this application as a 5. meaningful and friendly.
2. the second task was to complete the technology survey: this is good survey just to find out where your students are at in terms of technology and how well they know about technology.
3. the 3rd task was to create a time line about yourself. after we all finished our time line, we were asked to get up and share. this fun, this time line another way of introducing ourselves, who we are, what we do, and everything about yourself. when i did mine, i sort of excluded some of my highlights in my life. but it went well. next time i will included everything in my professional portfolio.

Week 2
1. this week our task was to check out wordle.com website.  but first, we were told to take out a piece of paper and find a person sitting next to you  and tape the paper on  his or her back. then we were told to walk around and come up with a word that describe that person. "adjective" while we were doing this game, i knew what we were going through, but i didn't know what was the point of the game. later Mr. Jenkins showed us an example, of the words we all came up with in wordle.com. this is a very interesting and useful website. i never know that in this website, you could create such amazing arts and actually put it or apply it to real life experiences. when i was exploring and creating my name i thought of inventing such arts. this type  of work using technology has broaden my horizon of technology. this is cool and fun. it's sort of touch on higher order of thinking skills. why? because you will need your imagination to type and create. if your teaching language arts, you can also use this website as one resource to enhance the students understanding of vocabulary.( word builder as well) fun fun fun. and you can also use this site as a teaching strategy if your lesson is about story elements ( fray-al model). i would give this website a 10 plus. meaningful and fun.
2.  the 2nd task was to go to www.bubble.us.com. this website was sort of difficulty since it is dealing with re organization chart. we were asked to design our own chart on how we should include technology in the classroom. when i was designing my own, i focused on school of technology itself. it was hard and difficult at first but as i worked through, it gets easier. i learned a lot from this doing this time line. now i can do my own organization chart. for this kind of work, in the classroom, i can use it in differentiating my instructions so it is easier for me to see who to work with and what kind of work they will be doing and most easier to plan for instruction. i would rate  this site as an  excellent. it makes the work easier and much faster in the classroom.
Week 4
this is my favorite work so far in this class. the task wast to log on to www.blogger.com and create your  own web blog. i was sort of lost in the beginning but later i was able to catch the steps in creating one. now i see the results of my work and it is fun and entertaining. i learned the steps in creating a blog and customizing it, editing it, posting, adding the contacts,  adding your own picture, publishing and others. i enjoyed creating one. in my classroom, i will always use web blog for my students to communicate and share ideas on any topic, assignment, research project, questioning and so forth. this makes the lesson much more easier and fun. students will be able to learn a lot of techniques in using this type of work online. right now , i am still learning this blog. i hope that later on, i will be able to pick up some important and essentials key ideas on how to create a formal blog for my self.  i will say that this type of web application is fun so there fore, i will recommend my friends to create one. 10 points for this site. nice.

This is  my first time to  create this kind of work online.. at first i was lost, but thanks to christie and miranda for helping me on this. this is really fun. since this is my first post, i will make it short.
